  1. Drink plenty of water

By drinking water makes you produce more saliva, which in turn neutralizes bad breath.

Every morning, scrape your tongue with a tongue scrapper to decrease the bacteria, fungi and dead cells that can cause odour.

  1. Rinse with mouthwash

Some mouthwashes more than leaves breath smelling minty; they contain an antiseptic agent, such as cetylpyridinium chloride, to reduce plaque and prevent gingivitis, which can also cause bad breath. Also, Chlorine dioxide is very effective at neutralizing the stinky volatile sulfur compounds created by an oral bacteria.

Just put some apple cider vinegar in a glass of water. Then gargle with it for around ten seconds. This will cleanse your mouth while treating the entire bad odor.

Lemon juice is a great source for treating body odor. The acidic property of lemon juice helps lower the skin’s pH level, which in turn makes difficult for odor-producing bacteria to survive. Cut a fresh lemon into two, rub one half of the lemon on your underarms. Ensure the juice gets onto your skin. Let it to dry on its own, then take your shower. Do this every day until the odor is gone completely.

A delightfully fragrant herb, sage can also be used to combat body odor. Sage reduces sweat gland activity and it is an antibacterial agent which prevents bacteria from thriving on your skin.

Add 2 tablespoons of dried sage to 4 cups of hot water. Allow it to steep for 10 minutes. Use the solution to rinse your underarms when the solution is cold. Do this twice a day until you get positive results.

Also, you can drink sage tea. Just steep one teaspoon of dried sage in a cup of hot water for ten minutes. Strain the leaves and simply enjoy your tea. Don’t drink more than 2 cups of sage tea in a day.

  1. Rosemary

Rosemary inhibits the growth of body odor causing bacteria. Add one and half cups of dried rosemary leaves to 4 cups of hot water. Let it to steep for 10 minutes. Now add it to your bath water. Soak in your bath water for at at least 15 to 20 minutes.
